Obituary of Helen E. Mitchell

Helen E. Mitchell, 83, died on Sunday April 18, 2004 at her home in Denville, NJ.
Helen was born in Jersey City, NJ, and had lived in Parsippany and Madison before moving to Denville in 1968.
She graduated from Babies Hospital School of Nursing in Newark, NJ as an LPN and she worked as a Critical Care Nurse for Children in their homes. Later she worked for Double Day Publishing in Pine Brook, NJ retiring in the early 1990s.
She had been a member of the Ladies Aux of the Military Order of Purple Hearts Unit #246 in Morris Plains, NJ.
Her Husband Robert C. died in 1997. A grandchild Kenneth R. Charles also died previously.
She is survived by her son Robert of Randolph, NJ, and her daughter Louise Rocca of Belvidere, NJ. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Claudia E. Rocca, and Hilary F., Kyle T., and Joseph T. Mitchell.
Funeral services will be held on Friday April 23, 2004 at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ at 1:30 PM. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
