Obituary of Ralph Edward Radicsh

Ralph E. Radicsh, 59, died on Sunday June 1, 2008 at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, NJ.
He was born in Dover and later lived in Newark before moving to Denville 32 years ago. He finally moved to Parsippany 2 years ago.
Ralph attended St. Benedict Grammar School prior to East Side High School, where he graduated in 1966. In 1970 he received a BA in Business Administration from Seton Hall University in South Orange. He became a C.P.A. in 1975, a Public School Accountant in 1994, and a School Business Administrator in 2002.
Ralph had a private practice in Denville and in Parsippany since 1980 and has served as the School Business Administrator for the Mt. Arlington Board of Education since 2004. He also served in the N.J. National Guard from 1970 to 1976.
He served his communities in many capacities including as a member and Treasurer of the Denville Rotary Club for 21 years. He served on the Denville Twp. Board of Education from 1989 to 1995 as President and Vice President. He also served on the Educational Services Commission of Morris County Board of Directors from 1989 to 1995.
In his professional capacity he served as Corporate Controller for William & Watts, Inc., as Audit Manager at Weismann Associates, and as a staff accountant at Coopers & Lybrand.
He was a member of many professional organizations: the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the N.J. Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Morris County Association of School Business Officials, and the Morris, Passaic, Bergen Health Insurance Fund.
He is predeceased by his father, Ralph E. Radicsh, and his brother, Martin S. Radicsh.
He is survived by his wife, Mary T. Radicsh, his children, Lauren Radicsh-Siegel and her husband, David, of Bedminster, Jonathan Radicsh and Meredith Radicsh of Denville.
He is also survived by his mother, Helen E. Radicsh, of Newark, and his stepchildren and their spouses, Michael and Kim Casale, of Denville, and Kimberly and Frank Pollara, of Cedar Knolls, and his step grandchildren, Jada and Nicholas Casale of Denville, NJ.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial Service will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 10:00 AM at St. Virgils R. C. Church in Morris Plains, NJ.
