Obituary of Evelyn May Vialard

Evelyn May Vialard, (nee Ernst), formerly of Budd Lake, NJ passed away on Friday, March 1, 2013 at Morris View Health Care Center. She had previously lived in Denville and Dover. She was born in Reading Pa. in 1916 and was ninety-six years old. She had her loving husband of seventy-three years at her side along with the loving nurses and staff of Morris View. She was pre-deceased by her mother and father, Mable and Warren Ernst, her brother Kenneth of Ohio and her dearly loved sisters, Elaine Lakatos and Larue George of Dover. In the 1930’s she had worked at the Gotham Knitting Mill in Dover, NJ making the first nylon stockings, and more recently she was a member of NARF & AARP. Evelyn was a wonderful and happy wife and mother and loved her home. She was the sweetest lady, loved by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, John P., her devoted daughter, Joan S. and husband Richard Renton of Andover Township, her devoted son, John A. Vialard and wife Linda of Indiana. She leaves behind her four cherished grandchildren, Lisa Hudson of Texas, Sandra and husband James Winters of Roxbury, David Vialard and his wife Olaya of Texas and Daniel Vialard of Michigan. She also leaves her seven most precious great grandchildren whom she so adored; Jacob, Benjamin, Kaitlyn, Elijah, James, Evelyn and Caleb. She also leaves several loving nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Denville Township Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 4th at 11 am at the Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville. Visiting Hours will be held beginning at 10 am that morning.
