Frank A. Price Jr., 87, died on Wednesday May 28, 2008. Frank was born and raised in West Orange, NJ and moved to Denville since 1946. He worked for United Parcel Service as a delivery driver and later serving as Secretary and Treasurer for the Teamsters Union Local #177. Retiring in 1978, after 30 years service. He later owned and operated the Colonial Lounge in Clifton for several years. Frank served in the U. S. Army during WWII. He had been captured by the Germans during the Battle of the Bulge and held captive. He was a member of the Denville VFW Post #2519, the Denville Senior Citizens; Shoot the Breeze Club, and the Denville Community Church. His son Frank A. Price III Sandy was killed in the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Dorothy J. Swanson Price. His children and their spouses Monene and Richard Bradley of St. Helena, CA. and Eric and Gaye Price of Budd Lake. His grandchildren Eric Price Jr., Frank A. Price, Brianna Feeney, Shannon Yates and Allison Reeder. He is also survived by his great grandchildren Aubrey, MacKenzie, Michele, Lily, Caiden and Emersen Price, Havyn and Ryder Feeney, Nello Yates, and Duke and Lola Reeder, and his sister Amelia Williams of Feasterville, PA. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 31, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ, www.normandean.com.
