Phyllis J. Downing, nee Jorgenson, died on Thursday Oct.23, 2003 at St. Clares Hospital in Denville, NJ.
She was born in Huron, South Dakota, and moved to the Mt. Tabor section of Parsippany, in 1952.
She was a homemaker, and Mom.
She was a member of the Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church in Mt. Tabor, and she had also been a member of the United Methodist Womens Organization of the church.
Her husband Wilbur Jr. died on Sept.7, 2003.
She is survived by her four sons, Wilbur F. III of Long Valley, NJ, William and Bruce of Mt. Tabor, and Michael of Little Falls, NJ. Three grandchildren, William, Bruce Jr., and Veronica Wagner. A brother Donald Jorgenson of Huron S.D., and a sister Deloris Anderson of Paso Robles, Calf.
Funeral Services will be held on Sat. Oct.25, 2003 at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
