Mr. Randolph Standish Armstrong age 94 died Saturday March 20, 2004, peacefully at home in Denville Born in Worcester, MA, lived for a period of time on Gregory Avenue in Weehawken and at age nine he moved to Cedar Lake section of Denville, where he lived for 86 years. He retired from Con Edison Co July 1, 1974 where he worked for 47 years He enjoyed traveling in his Cadillacs and attending to his beautiful gardens. Mr. Armstrong was the son of Mrs. Imogene Armstrong who was instrumental in organizing the creation of the Denville Public Library century ago. His loving friends and cousins remember him. A memorial funeral service will be held at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ, on Saturday March 27th at 1:00p.m. Followed by interment at the family plot at Denville Cemetery.
