Wilhelmina Wooten-Thomas, 50, died on Wednesday March 17, 2004 at her home in Washington, DC. She was born in Dover, NJ and grew up in Denville, before settling in Washington D.C. in 1978. She was the daughter of the late Will H. and Cleva Harris Wooten. She graduated from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama in 1976 with a B. S. in Nursing. She later received her Masters in Psychodrama from St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, DC, in 1980. She was a Registered Nurse and Psycho dramatist and had a private practice in the Washington D. C. area for the last twenty-five years. She is survived by her husband Roger Thomas. She is also survived by six sisters, Ruby, Beverly, Joyce, Geneva, Sarah-Lee, and Edna Mae, and a brother Lawrence. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews,. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday March 27, 2004 from 9:00 AM until the time of Services at 11:00 AM, at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church 2 Church Road Boonton Twp., NJ.
