James W. Escott, 62, died on Tuesday August 26, 2003 at his home in the Cedar Lake section of Denville, NJ.
He was born in Scranton, PA. And had lived in Morristown, NJ before moving to Denville, in 1986.
He was a professional driver and had worked for American Stone Company in Kenvil, NJ for many years retiring in 2003.
He is survived by his Daughter Denise Genovese, a grandson Mario Genovese both of Stafford, Va. His best friend Dorothy Sheridan of Denville, two sisters, Ann Marie Kaiser of Lake Hopatcong, and Terry Post of Succasunna. He had two Stepdaughters, Christine Miller and Gail Fiore both of Sparta, and a stepson David Sheridan of Denville. Six step grandchildren, 5 nephews, 4 great nephews and 1 great niece also survive him.
Funeral from the funeral home on Saturday August 30, 2003 at 8:30 AM for a 9:30 AM Liturgy of Christian Burial Service at St. Marys Church in Denville, NJ. Friends may visit with the family on Friday Evening from 6 9 PM.
