Morgan G. Hardy, 83, died on Wednesday August 13, 2003 at his home in Denville, NJ. He was born and raised in Boonton, NJ and moved to Denville in 1950. He had served in the US Army during WWII. Morgan had been a photographer, as well as a Car Salesman, before working as a quality control inspector for Reaction Motors Corp. in Denville, and later at Aircraft Radio in Boonton Twp., retiring in 1983. He had been a life member of the Walter J. Barrett Knights of Columbus in Boonton. His two brothers Joseph A., and Edmond W. predeceased him. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth A. nee Black, Two daughters Catherine and her husband Patrick Simone of Morris Township, NJ, and Michele Hardy of Denville, NJ. A granddaughter and her husband Lauren and Keith Hassan of Hoboken, NJ. A sister in-law Ann Hardy of Boonton, NJ. Funeral from the funeral home on Saturday August 16, 2003 at 8:30 A.M. for a 9:30 Liturgy of Christian Burial Service at St. Catherine of Siena RC Church in Mt. Lakes, NJ. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Donations are being accepted to Compassionate Care Hospice 66 Mt. Prospect Ave. Building C. Clifton, NJ 07013, or to the West Milford Animal Shelter.
