I had the distinct pleasure of knowing Dean Noll not only through my position as Municipal Clerk for the Township of Denville but more importantly as one of the babysitters for the Noll children. Dean was a gentle giant of a man and I will always remember him as such. My most sincere condolences to the Noll family on your loss. Sincerely, Donna Izzo Costello
