Obituary of Cecelia M. Rojak

Rojak, Cecelia M. Ceil died on Thursday June 19, 2003 at St. Clares Hospital in Denville, NJ
She was born in West Orange NJ, the daughter of Capt. John P. Mason and Agnes Lathrop Mason, both of whom predeceased her in death. She was the eighth of ten children, of whom two, James and Joseph Mason survive her along with Jamess wife Helen.
Ceil grew up in Livingston, NJ, graduating from West Orange High School in 1944. She had lived in Parsippany, NJ before moving to Denville, in 1962.
She was a bookkeeper secretary, and volunteered for R.S.V.P. Retired Seniors Volunteer Program, now called Volunteers of Morris County.
Ceil had served as past president of the V.I.P. Visually Impaired Persons of Morris County, and had been a volunteer at the Diamond Spring Lodge in Denville for the Foundation for the Blind.
She was active in Denville Senior Citizens. She enjoyed doing genealogy and did extensive research into her family.
Her son Stephen of Coon Rapids, MN also survives her. And two grandchildren Alissa and Coleman Rojak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
In accordance with Ceils wishes, her body was donated to the University of Medicine and Dentistry Medical School in Newark, NJ. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Ceils neighbor, Ramona, and to all the other people who came to the house to assist Ceil during her recent illness.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Marys R.C. Church in Denville, NJ. On Tuesday July 1, 2003 at 10:00AM.
