Obituary of Herman E. Mehlig Jr.

Mr. Herman E. Mehlig Jr., 90, died at the Care One at Morris at Parsippany, NJ. He was born in Guttenberg, NJ and lived in Hibernia NJ since 1955.
Mr. Mehlig was a foreman and machinist at the Allied Chemical Corp., at Morristown, NJ for over 40 years service. He retired many years ago. He enjoyed bowling and golfing, and was avid gardener.
Mr. Mehlig was the husband of the late Anna Riedel. Father of Elaine Capolon of Port Richey, Fl, Mary Ann Kelley of Rockaway, and Dolores Drysdale of Margate, Fl. Also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A funeral service for Mr. Mehlig will be held on Saturday June 14th at 9:30AM at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ and friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 508 Green Pond Rd. Rockaway, NJ 07866 would be appreciated.
