Gerard Kitts, 73, died at his home in Dover, NJ. Mr. Kitts was born in Montclair, NJ and lived in Morristown, NJ before moving to Dover for the last 20 years.
Mr. Kitts was a Clerk at the US Post Office in Whippany, NJ for 30 years retiring in 1989. Mr. Kitts was a life time member of the VFW Post 5351 in Whippany, NJ
Mr., Kitts was the father of Gerard F. of Long Valley, Gregory F. of Great Meadows, Kathleen M. Monat of Sparta, and Susan G. Salerno of Andover. Also survived by six grandchildren, a brother Richard and his wife Jackie Kitts of Georgia. Uncle of one niece and two nephews.
Funeral from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ on Friday at 9:00AM for a 10:00AM Liturgy Of Christian Burial service at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church Rockaway Boro. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery Morristown, NJ. Friends will be received Thursday 7-9PM.
