Synnove M. Jensen, 101, died on Friday May 30, 2003 at the Crestwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at Whippany, NJ. Mrs. Jensen was born in Stavangar, Norway. Mrs. Jensen came to the United States in 1927 and made her residence in Brooklyn, NY. Mrs. Jensen and family summered in the Marcella section of Rockaway Twp. And made it their permanent residence in 1960.
Mrs. Jensen was the wife of the late Karl. Survivors include he daughter Gerd and her husband Pedersen. Grandchildren Joy Pedersen and Gary and his wife Maria Pedersen, great grandchildren, Eric, Kurt, and Sonja Pedersen.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday June 14th at 11:00am at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 508 Green Pond Rd., Rockaway Twp., NJ. Memorial contributions to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or Lakeland Animal Haven, 29 Pine St., Kenvil, NJ 07847 would be appreciated.
