Obituary of Oliver “Ollie” Garrison

Oliver E. Garrison, 80, died at his home in Columbia, NJ on Sunday May 25, 2003. Mr. Garrison was born in Millburn, NJ and lived in the Denville/Rockaway area most of his life. Mr. Garrison has been a resident of Columbia for the last ten years.
Mr. Garrison was the owner and operator of the Ollies Sunoco Service Station in Mt. Freedom from 1971 to his retirement in 1987.
Mr. Garrison was the brother of Edith Burghardt of Fairfield, NJ, Gladys Burkhardt and Wilma Pride of both of Hardy, VA, and William Dwyer of Hainesville, NJ. Many nieces and nephews survive Mr. Garrison.
Mr. Garrisons funeral service will be conducted on Friday May 30th at 10:00AM at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ. Interment Restland Memorial Park East Hanover, NJ. Friends will be received Thursday 7-9PM.
