Katherine Whitehead (Cuddihy) passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Wayne, NJ on January 18, 2013, at the age of 86.
Born in Hoboken she had spent most of her life between Morristown and Manahawkin before moving to Boonton Twp., NJ 3 years ago.
Katherine had been a teacher for 35 years in Harding, NJ and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association. She was also a Eucharistic Minister at St. Francis Church in Long Beach Island.
She was predeceased by her husband Charles Stanton Whitehead in 1998, as well as her siblings Rosemary, Patricia and James Cuddihy.
Katherine is survived by her sisters in law, Audrey, Gloria and Irene Whitehead and Helen Cuddihy, and her Nieces & Nephews, , David, Craig, Keith, Arlene, Austin, Alyssa, Wayne and Ron Whitehead, and, Kathleen, James, Terence, and Joseph Cuddihy, along with many great nieces & nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday January 21, 2013, from 2-4 & 7-9PM with a religious blessing taking place at 8:30PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834.
