Obituary of Ann Marie Cuozzo

Ann Marie (Duddy) Cuozzo of Mount Arlington NJ passed away at Morristown Medical Center on July 7, 2023 at the age of 83.
 
Ann was born in New York and was raised in Middle Village Queens where she graduated from Grover Cleveland High School. She attended Katharine Gibbs College and worked in executive administration for City National Bank in New York. Later, Ann studied at County College of Morris and Seton Hall College of Nursing becoming a registered nurse. She went on to hold positions at Morristown Medical Center, St. Clare’s Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Denville. She retired in 2013. After leaving New York, Ann lived in New Jersey and Ohio before moving to Boonton Township, New Jersey where she spent much of her life and raised her family.  Ann and her husband Bob’s home was a welcoming place for many generations of extended family and friends. In 2008 Ann moved to Mt. Arlington, New Jersey and she also spent time at her home in Florida, first in Hallandale Beach and then in Vero Beach.
  
Ann was devoted to her family and is survived by her loving children Robert and his wife Debby Cuozzo of Boonton Township., NJ, Jill and her husband Edward Fischer of Hoboken, NJ, John and his wife Paulina Cuozzo of Franklin, NJ and Kevin and his wife Rebecca Cuozzo of Powell, OH. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren Corinne Cuozzo, Ryan (Kayleigh) Fischer, Evan Fischer, Meghan Ann Cuozzo, John Robert Cuozzo, Robert Warren Cuozzo and Maria Ann Cuozzo. Ann Marie was predeceased by her husband Robert J Cuozzo, her parents James Duddy and Nora (Doherty) Duddy and her brothers William Duddy and James (Jackie) Duddy. 
 
Private family services were held under the direction of Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834.
 
A celebration of Ann’s life will be held at a later date.
