William “Bill” Balko passed away peacefully in Morristown, NJ on Friday, March 17, 2023 at the age of 93. Bill was a loving father, brother, and friend to many.

Bill grew up in Brooklyn, NY, raised his family in Queens, and retired to New Jersey. He enjoyed spending his free time fishing and building rock walls in his younger days, and then doing crossword  and Sudoko puzzles, going to concerts and other events at St. Francis and The Oaks, and making friends with every dog he met.

Bill’s memory will live on through his daughters Pat Balko and Linda (Jack) DeRosa and his brother John (Olga) Balko. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Barbara and his parents Anna and Henry Balko.

A service will be held at Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Campbell Hall, NY on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11AM. Please leave a condolence, light a candle, and share your favorite memory of Bill here to continue to celebrate the special life he bestowed upon us.
