Obituary of Catherine Margaret Berzin

Mrs. Catherine Margaret Berzin, 84, died at the St. Clares Hospital, Denville, NJ. Mrs. Berzin was born in Warren, Ohio and moved to Staten Island, NY. Mrs. Berzin lived since February 2001 at the Victoria Mews in Boonton, NJ and Prior at St. Francis Health Resort, Denville, NJ, and in Bridgewater, NJ for 30 years. Mrs. Berzin was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing Bridge. Mrs. Berzin was the wife of the late Ben Berzin Sr. She was the mother of Cathy Berzin of New York City, NY, Ben Berzin Jr. and his wife Susan of Neshanic Station, NJ, Betty Berzin of No. Plainfield, NJ, and Barbara Frischman and her husband Peter of Boonton, NJ. Four grandsons, David, Christopher, Michael, and Brian survive Mrs. Berzin. Mrs. Berzin has two brothers, Harry Kapouralos of Warren, Ohio and the late John Kapouralos, her one sister, Mary Spencer of Warren, Ohio. Mrs. Berzins services will be on Thursday May 1 at 9:00AM at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ and at 10:00AM a Liturgy of Christian Burial Service at St. Francis Chapel, Denville, NJ. Entombment Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge, NJ. Friends will be received Wednesday April 30 from 2-4 and 7-9PM.
