David H. Whitehead 84, died the Franciscan Oaks Health Care Center, Denville, NJ. He was born in Morristown, NJ and lived in Mt. Tabor, NJ since 1951.
Mr. Whitehead was a World War II Us Army veteran. He was employed at Epsteins Dept. Store in Morristown from 1946 to his retirement in 1983. He was a renowned cabinetmaker and craftsman.
Mr. Whitehead is survived by his wife of 54 years, Gloria, his sons, David of Denville, Craig of Ashland, MA, and Keith of Frelinghuysen Twp., and also seven grandchildren.
Mr. Whitehead s family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday March 1 from 1:00PM to time of memorial services at 2:00PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Visiting Nurse Assocation of Northern New Jersey 36 Elm St., Morristown, NJ 07960 would be appreciated.
