Mr. William J. Lebo Sr. died at the Virginia Baptist Hospital in Lynchburg, VA. On Saturday Dec. 14. He was 78 Years old.
Mr. Lebo was born in Long Branch, NJ and lived for many years in Pequannock, NJ. He has lived in Forest, VA for the last 12 years.
He was employed as a Aero - Nautical Engineer for the Curtiss Wright Co. of Fairfield, NJ for many years before retiring 12 years ago. He was a Captain in United States Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Bedford County Elks, VA.
Mr. Lebo is survived by his wife Thelma of 56 years married. His two sons, William J. Jr. of Palm Beach, FL, James D. of Long Valley, and Debra Boucher of Rockaway Twp. He is a grandfather of three grandchildren. His brother Benjamin Lebo predeceased him.
Mr. Lebo Sr. will have calling hours at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ on Wednesday from 7-9PM. His family will gather at Marcella Cemetery Timberbrook Rd. Rockaway Twp. on Thursday at 10:00AM for graveside services. The family immediately following services will meet with family and friends at the Marcella Community Center Green Pond Rd., Rockaway Twp. Memorial donations to American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
