Obituary of Christian Walsifer
Christian Walsifer, 48, passed away peacefully at his home in Parsippany, New Jersey, on July 7, 2026.
Born in Newark, New Jersey, to Frank and Linda (Lobosco) Walsifer, Christian was raised in Clifton and later lived in Lincoln Park and Boonton Township before moving to Parsippany a year ago.
Christian earned his Bachelor's degree from the Rutgers University School of Engineering and built a distinguished career in commercial real estate. He served as Senior Executive Director and Principal of The Blau & Berg Company in Short Hills, New Jersey, where he was respected for his leadership, professionalism, and dedication to his clients and colleagues.
A committed member of both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Christian took great pride in his work and the relationships he built throughout his career.
Outside of work, Christian embraced life with enthusiasm. He loved fishing, snowboarding, and spending time in Vermont. Above all else, his greatest joy was being a father. Whether cheering from the sidelines at a sporting event or simply spending time together, his children were the center of his world. His unwavering love, encouragement, and devotion to them will remain his greatest legacy.
Christian was predeceased by his beloved mother, Linda (Lobosco) Walsifer, and his grandfather, John Lobosco.
He is survived by his cherished children, Kylie, Keira, Kamryn, and Colton Walsifer; his sister, Chastity Tajerian, and her husband, Jason; his beloved nieces, Melinda, Olivia, Harper, and Kennedy; his Uncle John and Joan; and his Aunt Diane and family, Uncle Leo, cousin Jake, Aunt Nancy and family, along with many extended family members, friends, and colleagues who will deeply miss him.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, New Jersey 07834. www.normandean.com.
