Bea and her family lived next door to my family’s camp at Estling when Bea was growing up and first had her children. She was always so kind and always had positive things to say about everyone. One time when I was a new mother we were having a square dance at the lake. It was the first time my husband being a State Ranger had the same Saturday night off as a scheduled square dance. I so wanted to go with him to dance but I had a newborn baby. We walked down to the community house with baby in arms and watched for a while. Just then Bea came over and asked if she could watch our Beth so we could dance. I was overjoyed and will always remember Bea as a loving neighbor and friend who throughout the years I enjoyed visiting with over afternoon tea.
