Obituary of Elvira P. Boucher-Ravo
Elvira Pauline Boucher-Ravo passed away peacefully at home in PA on February 27, 2026, with her loving son by her side. She was 80 years young.
Born on September 3, 1945, in Newark, Elvira was the daughter of Nelson Boucher and Elvira Ravo. She spent part of her childhood in Irvington, NJ before moving with her family to Langhorne, PA. She graduated from Neshaminy High School.
Elvira raised her sons in the Rainbow Lake section of Denville, NJ creating a home that would remain central to her family’s life. After her children were grown, she began a second chapter working for Tiffany & Co. in Parsippany, New Jersey, where she dedicated 20 years before retiring.
She enjoyed playing card games and Bunco and valued time spent with family and friends. She did her best in the roles she carried throughout her life and remained connected to those who knew her.
Elvira is survived by her sons, Michael McConnon and David McConnon; her granddaughter, Ashtin; her siblings, Ronnie Boucher and Alberta Burns; and extended family and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by family members who welcomed her home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 7th at 1 pm at St. Mary's Church, 15 Myers Avenue, Denville, NJ. Burial will follow at Denville Cemetery.
