"Little Jimmy," one of my first cousins. A sweet baby & toddler who loved to play with all of us when we came to visit Aunt Pat & Uncle Jimmy. A great hugger, too! He made our lives a little bit better every day he shared with us, Will miss him greatly! With Love From, Gail

Jimmy,
I can’t stop thinking about you. I keep waiting for you to run out to see me when I walk through the door yelling “she’s here!” Your room is sad now, I miss seeing you writing at your desk. Your house is quiet, I miss seeing you run out of your room in some upside down glasses or a crazy hat. You were like my little shadow and came everywhere with me. The bond we shared was special and I want to thank you for making even my darkest days bright with your big smile. The world feels darker without you. I’m so happy I got to spend those last couple days at the hospital with you, I just wish I got more time. There are people in this world who make it better just by existing and you were one of them. Everyone that met you loved you, you had the biggest heart and the best laugh. Thank you for showing me what life is all about. That it’s not the monumental moments, however the small every day mundane moments that make it worthwhile. I will miss you every day.
Love always, Jessy

I too have fond memories of our family trips to New Jersey and getting to see all of our cousins and Jimmy was always so happy to see Everyone and share his joy. We went to a carnival one summer and had the best time. And to those who helped his life be full and wonderful, Thank you. Aunt Peggy would give me updates whenever we would see each other or talk on the phone and I recall her having wonderful things to say about the compassion of the caregivers who helped meet his daily needs. Love to all, Cousin Kate

Hmm it was a big shock to me yesterday when i arrived at your house. I ask after you if you where not going to work and your staff told me the management will get in touch with FATC and i left, only for me to hear about your passing away i screamed to the loudest of my voice nooo Jimmy!! it later down on me that it was true when i arrived at the day program the look at the faces of the staff was filld with sadness. I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of you Jimmy. I will always remember you for your kindness and wonderful sense of humor, your hugs and laughter. My deepest sympathies goes out to you and your family during this time of great loss."Rest In Peace Jimmy.

Jimmy’s heart was golden and his smile infectious.
I remember Jimmie always checking on me at family gatherings at Grandma Barry’s house or at Uncle Joe’s when we were little. Jimmy was a Barry to his core. Years later, I remember Uncle Jim telling him he could have a little beer or giving Jimmie some instruction and his “OK Dad” replies. Smiling always. Those were wonderful days. God Bless Jimmy, those who cared for him and all who Loved him.
