My cousin was always so cool and an inspiration for me . Many memories of fishing , hunting and more. One of my favorites was him driving me at 100 mph in his hot rod on the parkway.

Carole & family…
I’m so sorry to hear of Rich’s passing. He was a wonder man, very fun and always smiling. I remember Carole keeping me confused for years as to his name because every time I’d see them, she’d call him by a different name, (Fred, Ralph, John, etc)!! I pray he is no longer suffering. Love to you and you family.

Rich has been the most wonderful and supportive friend and neighbor for 47 years. I frequently told people I couldn't conjure up better neighbors than Rich and Carole. He was a hard working person, meticulous, sociable, always helpful and generous with his time. He was a presence all the years my children were growing up and he and Carole became my kids' "second parents." We have many memories of family events with Rich and Carole included, and many, many more memories of all the little things along the way. He will be the best "fix it man" in heaven and sorely missed here.

Q: What will you never forget about Richard?
A: The countless discussions we had about equipment and farming.
Rich was also one of the hardest working people I have ever met with a world of knowledge.
Rich will be dearly missed, even though we did not see each other often in past years I still always considered him a good friend.
