Obituary of Raymond Paragian
Raymond Paragian January 16, 1929 – August 12, 2025.
Brother of Mary Aljian devoted husband to wife Patricia, father to sons Mark & John, grandson Patric and daughter in law Rebecca. Baseball enthusiast and as a Center fielder in his day he was so fast he earned the nickname “Rabbitt”.
United States Air Force veteran whose experience in medical units receiving front line Korean War casualties, never let him forget the horrors of war.
Director of Park Madison Laboratories in New York City where he was consulted, confided by, and held in high regard with the world’s leading surgeons.
Known, addressed, and adored by his staff as “El Exigente” The Demanding One.
He was on the cutting edge of blood and tissue analysis to serve and deliver solutions to patients for the medical community.
Avid photographer who took intensely close photos of flowers, nature, and a single grain of sand on the beach.
Showing us, that recognizing the simple granularity efficiency found in nature, hold the true meaning and key to happiness in this life.
Fiercely intelligent at a level nearly unmeasurable by Mensa.
Belied by humility, kindness, and quietness housed in an impenetrable character.
For nearly 97 years he barely left a footprint in the soil of this earth and never imposed on another person.
For all his lightness the earth will still miss him.
No services.
Family will meet and remember at places and points in time that meets with the demands of the modern day.
