Mrs.Foster, Mike, Janice, & Family, My sincere condolences to all of you. Mr. Foster was a wonderful person - a caring husband and wonderful dad! He left a wonderful legacy through his family who have positively impacted many lives and especially my own. I am grateful for him as he is why Mike has been my best friend and always have been warmly welcomed and cared for by the Foster Family!

Wayne was a wonderful family man. When his son and my daughter married and we came to know him, it was plain to see how devoted he was to Inge and his children. His kind and gentle manner very quickly endeared him to me as we extended our families together. Our mutual grandchildren adored him and rightfully so. He will be greatly missed and long remembered.

Inge,and family; Gayle and I were very sorry to hear of Waynes passing. Wayne was a very good friend and as Superintendents saw each other very frequently.
