Obituary of Ted Kobrynowicz
Ted Kobrynowicz, 86
Beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Friend
Ted Kobrynowicz, 86, of Denville, NJ, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Tuczyn, Poland, Ted made Denville his home in 1972, where he built a life defined by hard work, generosity, and deep love for his family and friends. A skilled machinist and entrepreneur, he proudly owned and operated Supermatic in Rockaway, NJ for many years, earning a reputation for excellence and integrity in his craft.
Ted was a man of many passions — he found joy in camping, fishing, woodworking, movies, travel, dancing and entertaining. Ever the gracious host and consummate gentleman, he had a magnetic charm and warm spirit. If you were in his home, your glass was never empty and your heart always full.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 49 years, Maria (Dylag) Kobrynowicz, in 2015.
Ted is survived by his daughters: Diane Kobrynowicz of Austin, TX; Yolanda and her husband Bobby Pietrowicz of Rockaway, NJ; Kristie and her husband Jeff Walker of Budd Lake, NJ; and Irene and her husband Michael Hunter of Oak Ridge, NJ. He also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren — Tyler, Katrina, Haley, Olivia, Julian, and Jake — and his sister Anna Beckmann.
Private services will be held by the family under the direction of Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, NJ 07834.
