I loved Paul very much. We met at a time here in Eugene,in the Whitaker, when we both needed one another. I had such great times with him. We ate dinner together every night. Many times enjoying each other's company in his living room. Listening to music, watching old movies, him sitting playing guitar and singing to me. He was a bright light in my life and I loved him more than I can express. He was very loved in Eugene and will be dearly missed by his friends here. Goodbye Paul please Rest in Peace my love.

Growing up as his neighbor I had the pleasure of spending countless hours with Paul. We had endless adventures and fun together around Beacon Hill and beyond. Hanging at the bus stop and joking in the back seats on our ride to school. Fishing, chasing reptiles, and skating at “Chettles” lake. Hunting for crayfish and suckers in “Big Brook”. Swimming at the pools our families belonged to and Cook’s pond. Riding our bikes all over Beacon Hill and beyond – pushing them up the hill on Memory Lane from our many trips to Foodtown / Card-N-Book Nook wishing we had powered bikes. Prowling the neighborhood during Mischief Night and logging many miles in our sneakers during Halloween (dressing in multiple costumes to revisit the homes with the best candy). Pewee football and little league games. Camping and partying in the woods – sleeping in hammocks and burning campfires. Playing music in our band “Crazy Cats Peeking” and going to concerts. I’m so very sad that he left us so soon and I regret that it has been quite a while since I last saw him. I am grateful, however, that I have so many fond memories to remind me of what a wonderful friend he was and how many good times we had.
Rest in peace my brother from another mother. Love you, man.

Much love to the family. So sad to hear that Paul is gone. We were friends in High School, formed our first band Crazy Catz Peeaking with Glen and Pat , rode our bikes through the wooded trails in NJ and had many a conversation about the world. After moving to Colorado we lost touch through the years. A few years ago I was back for a visit taking the train to NYC with my wife and I hear some wise guy yelling my name at the Dover Station. It was Paul and it was so good to see him and we laughed all the way to Denville like old times. RIP Brother!!

A friend since high school and neighbor for the last 18 years, we have such fun memories of Paul. From picking Chanterelle mushrooms in the woods behind our backyard, pulling Paul up Beacon Hill on his bike with our car, and long porch talks. He shared his woes, concerns and personal battles with us, but most of all, he always shared his love (even to our dog Bubba). Paul loved his parents greatly, and we’re praying he is reunited with them in Heaven. He will be missed more than words can express.
❤️ Jenny Mollegard-Donnelly (John, Brielle, Johnny and Bubba too)
Rest in peace Paul, our dear friend. Until we meet again…
