My Dear Friend! I was not quite ready to say good by to you. So it will be till we meet again!
( a cold got in the way , as we would always say something smart after a serious comment so that we would laugh). I am finding comfort knowing you will be reuniting with a lot of friends in heaven. Grab a hold of Johnny and give him that big hug from me. You two keep the ALR together in heaven till I get there!
We talked about a lot of things Biker Bill over the years, and you waiting for me to come visit. I was getting there. My heart breaks but knowing you , you would say Girl you got this, yep I do Bill just knowing you were only a phone call away and about 15 hours (lol).
I still got it Bill but knowing you won’t be picking up is a lil rough right now!
I’m going to miss you Bill, and like I always would say to you I’m glad your here and I love you!
Now I will say Bill I’m going to miss you ( yeah I am wise ass), I’m sorry I never took that ride down but what fun it would have been with those new hips (as you would say). Rest easy my friend knowing how much you were loved. I’ll meet you and John when it’s my turn. Keep smiling !
To Bill’s family, I’m sorry for your loss. He was a true friend and a great man.

Q: What will you never forget about William?
A: Bill was one of the most genuine and caring individuals that I have had the opportunity to know. He was always smiling and willing to lend a hand to all in need, especially his fellow veterans. I will miss being his “legion” wife, a running joke between us and riding with him in the Veteran’s parade. May he rest peacefully and continue to watch over all of his family and friends. ❤️

I’m so sorry that this great man has passed.
I have enjoyed playing golf hanging out and
Hearing his stories. I only knew his a short time
But he enriched my life. He will be missed greatly.
Rest in peace Billy Robinson
You will always be in my heart and memories.

I was not fortunate enough to meet Bill. However, I was blessed to meet his son Chris who I consider not just a best friend but a brother. It is a clear testament to man that he was, because he raised an incredible person with the same values and heart.
I have heard countless stories of him, his zest for life, his humor and his kindness, and I see those things in Chris every day. Bill will remain an example to me of what family and true friendship is about.
My life (and the lives of so many others) is filled with laughter and light because of Bill and I am forever grateful to him.

Although I only knew Bill for a few years, I always felt like I knew him forever. When I first met him at the wildwood convention for the Legion he was standing in line in front of me when we were getting to the hotel and immediately he started making me laugh, and he immediately made me feel at home. He became the guy that I could always share some dumb joke with or a stupid thought. He sat next to me at shark week and we laughed our heads off about the crazy movie we were watching Yet. I saw him take his bike and honor veterans everywhere by doing his annual bike run and he was always willing to donate and be part of anything that would make life better for those less fortunate. I will miss him, his smile and my friend that I always share a laugh with. I hope heaven knows they have an angel on a motorcycle and I hope they’re ready for him.

Bill was an outstanding servant leader who helped more people than we can count. As a young man getting started in Veterans Affairs, I learned first hand about his commitment to Garden State Veterans. On behalf of The Adjutant General of New Jersey, we wish to extend our deepest condolences.
