Timothy Pazel, a beloved husband and great mentor passed away February 4, 2025, at St. Clare’s in Denville, NJ at the age of 61. Tim, known to many as “Timbo” lived life his way filled with laughter, many great friendships and happy memories. All who knew Tim adored, respected and benefitted from the wisdom and knowledge he often shared. His advice and problem- solving abilities were continually sought out by family, friends and coworkers.

Tim was born to Frank and Marcia Pazel (nee Webster) on November 7, 1963, in Denville, NJ where he grew up alongside his siblings Thomas and Margaret. Tim pursued a degree at Lincoln Tech after high school to become a life-long mechanic. Tim worked at Tottens in Rockaway rebuilding engines and in later years worked as a forklift mechanic.

In 1989, Tim found the love of his life Tammy and the couple was together for close to 40 years. Their first date was at a car swap meet which led to a lifetime enjoying their shared interests including a passion for boats, motorcycles, snowmobiling and camping. The couple were adventurous and drawn to any activity involving a motor that went fast.

Tim is survived by his wife Tammy Pazel, his siblings Margaret Scott and husband Tom and their children Ryan and Robert, and brother Tom Pazel and wife Bonnie and son John and daughter Melinda, as well as niece Carly DeMarco.

Tim will be greatly missed, especially by his wife Tammy and their beloved fur babies. His memory and legacy will live on in our hearts forever. Tim is now reunited with his beloved parents and favorite cat, Boppie.
