Beverly Janet Lash

Beverly Janet Lash (Glysencamp) passed away at The Oaks in Denville, NJ on December 21, 2021, just a week shy of her 98th birthday.

 

Born in Mt. Tabor, she was a lifelong resident of the Indian Lake section of Denville Township, NJ. Moving to The Oaks at Denville in 2007, she enjoyed great care among friends for over 14 years, the last 3 in the Assisted Living Unit.

 

Beverly worked in Electronics for Air Craft Radio in Boonton Twp., NJ for many years.

She was a 50-year member and past president of the Denville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, and was also a member of the Indian Lake Women’s Club for many years.

She loved gardening and yardwork in her younger years, and later loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

 

Beverly was predeceased by her husband of 31 years, Robert Lash, in 1973 and by her sister, Lois Bussell. Her parents, Lewis and Esther Glysencamp also predecease her.

 

She is survived by her children, Robert and his wife Linda Lash of Denville, NJ and Kathleen and her husband Bruce Weinstein of Southbury, CT.   She is also survived by her grandchildren Kevin Lash, Kristy DelMuto and her husband Bradd, Robert Weinstein, and Livia Kulczycky and her husband Adam, as well as her great grandchildren Chase DelMuto, Allison DelMuto, Theo Kulczycky and Levi Kulczycky.

 

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Avenue Denville, NJ 07834 www.normandean.com. A Celebration of Beverly’s Life will be held on Tuesday, December 28, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home, where family and friends are invited to share memories. **Masks will be required during visitation and Celebration of Life services**  Interment services will follow privately.

 

The family thanks the staff at The Oaks for their help and support over the past years, especially those at the Health Center during the last few months.
