Jacqueline E. Button passed away on Monday, November 20, 2017.  She was 88 years old.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 25th at 10:30 am at St. Mary’s Church, Denville.  Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.  Friends and relatives may visit prior to the Mass at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave, Denville beginning at 9 am.  Donations in her name may be made to the good work of The Eastern Christian Children’s Retreat by way of www.inmemoryof-memorial.org

Jackie was born in Summit to the late Vincent and Grace Shea.  After her schooling she married Bruce Button and the couple settled in Randolph where they raised four children.  She was a caring and devoted wife and mother and always put the needs of her family first.  A devout Catholic, Jackie was a longtime parishioner of St. Mary’s and Our Lady of Snows since relocating to Pennsylvania in 2015.   During this season of Thanksgiving and always, Jacqueline has given us much to be grateful for.

Predeceased by her husband Bruce and her daughter Jill Button; she leaves beautiful memories to her children Robbin Dolan (Edward), Glenn Button (Janet) and Bruce Jr. (Fran); her adored grandchildren Lauren, Bruce III, Eric and Garret Button and Tom and Gregory Dolan; one great grandson  and many more dear friends and caretakers.
