Obituary of Dwight Alfred Larson

Please share a memory of Dwight to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Dwight Alfred Larson passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 58 years young.

Born in Paterson, he grew up in Cedar Grove for a short period of time before settling into the Lake Valhalla section of Montville. In 1984 he married his best friend and soulmate, Patricia Christofzik. Together they relocated to the Lake Winona Section of Jefferson Township where they started their family. They moved to Randolph before continuing to grow their family.

Dwight made a very successful 20 year career for himself working as the Head Mechanic for Ken’s Garage in Parsippany. For the past 20 years, he has been working as a Designer and Installer for Patricia’s company, Closet Experts in Randolph. He was a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers). Dwight was an amazing, kind, and loving son, husband, father, brother, and friend that has left us with a legacy of laughter, generosity, and forgiveness that will continue to live on in our hearts and souls for an eternity.

Left to keep his legacy alive are his beloved wife of 33 years, Patricia; his loving children, Steven and Samantha Larson; his mother, Eleanor Toth and her husband Lew; his caring siblings, Cheryl, Mike and his wife Beth, Jay, the late Robin, Wayne, Stanley, Linda, and Debbie; his brother-in-law, Peter; his “adopted” son, Isaac; his caring “adopted family”, Karen, Lali, and Gregory; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
