Obituary of Robert Pirtle

Robert Pirtle, passed away on Saturday, March 12th. He was 52 years young. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 7pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave, Denville. Friends, fans and relatives may visit from 4-8 that day. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name by way of www.inmemoryof-memorial.org to the ALS Association are welcome. Please share your memories here. His family will cherish them forever. Born in Farmington, Missouri, Rob was raised by his wonderful Grandmother Geraldine Hale. In 1996, he met Kathy Santucci. Soon, he packed up and moved to NJ to be with the love of his life. They married and have lived in Rockaway where they raised their girls. He worked at POS Solutions in Rockaway. Rob loved hunting, freshwater fishing and hanging around with his friends, especially his best friends Mark Larbalestrier and Ryan Chicarella. Above all; he loved spending time with Kathy, Kara and Ashley. He will be remembered for his laugh and amazing heart. He leaves his wife Kathleen Pirtle (nee Santucci) of 20 years; his four beautiful children Chelcie Pirtle of Decatur, Ill., Tanner Pirtle of Park Hills, MO, Kara and Ashley Pirtle of Rockaway, NJ; loving mother in law Patricia Santucci of Susquahanna, PA; wonderful sister in laws Chrissy (Danny) Vinsko of Susquahann, PA, Phyllis ( Darren) O’Keefe of Perth Amboy, NJ and Jackie Tafaro of Piscataway, NJ; brother in law Anthony Santucci (Marie); his Aunt Gale and Uncle John Consigli; and many more loving friends, relatives and acquaintances. He also leaves three brothers John, Wayne and Jimmy and four sisters Roseanne, Chrissy, Vicky and Cindy. Rob had many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. Thank you for your continued prayers and support to the entire Pirtle & Santucci Families during this difficult time.
