Obituary of Justine Mildred Tucker

Justine Mildred (Crane) Tucker, 77, of Blairstown, NJ, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2015. Born April 14, 1938 in Glen Ridge, NJ, Justine was raised in Rainbow Lakes, NJ. She was a 1956 graduate of Boonton High School where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Roy E. Tucker, Sr., who pre-deceased her in 2007. Roy and Justine were married for 51 years. Justine was the daughter of Adelaide (Ryerson) Crane and Justus Crane who pre-deceased her. She is the sister of Arthur Crane, Rockaway, NJ, and Jeanne Algeier of Keysville, VA. Most lovingly, Justine was the mother to Roy E. Tucker, Jr., (wife Karen); Lianne Tucker Markus (husband Russ Owren); and Steven S. Tucker. Justine was the beloved grandmother to Chelsea, Kaitlin, Tucker, Eric, and Sofia. She was also a loving sister-in-law and the aunt to many nieces and nephews. Justine graduated Kean College in 1980 and was a teacher at Hope Township School, Hope, NJ, where she retired after 25 years. Justine was a member of the Eastern Star. A viewing will be held on Saturday, January 2nd from 11am-1pm at Norman Dean Home for Services in Denville, N.J. Interment with a graveside service will be held at1:30 pm at the Rockaway Valley Cemetery, Boonton Township, NJ.
