"The family is one of nature's masterpieces." Joanaleigh Hogh (nee Schaible), 56, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, July 2nd, surrounded by her loving family. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, July 7th from 4-8 pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, NJ 07834. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 8th at 10 am at the funeral home. Please share memories with her family at www.normandean.com Born in Hudson, NY; Joanie raised her family in Lake Hopatcong. She worked as an office manager for over 20 years alongside her longtime friend Dr. Guillermo Ortiz. She loved her gardens, the beach, and all things nature, but above anything; she loved her boys; her "daughters" and her grandchildren. Her family was her world and nothing gave her more pleasure than being with them. Strangers and friends alike gravitated towards Joanie because of her infectious smile and all- embracing personality. She has left an impression on this world that will remain with all of those who had the fortune of knowing her. Predeceased by her mother Ruth Schaible; she leaves only happy memories to her sons PJ and Jason; daughter in laws Crystal and Melissa; adored grandchildren Austin and Devon; father John Schaible Sr.; brothers John "Butch" (Christine) and James (Kellie); nephews and niece Ryan, Eric, Jimmy and Lexi; and many more loving relatives and dear friends.
