I feel honored to have known such a wonderful person as Russ. Never in a bad mood, never without a smile on his face and always a pleasure to be around. He was the reigning Jeopardy champ in the Civil Division at the courthouse and always challenged us to try to beat him (which was done on occasion). My thoughts are with his family and friends.
